About the Author
Norma Garza Black is a third-generation Mexican-American. She is an office manager of a small boutique law firm in Berkeley, president of the chamber of commerce of her small town, singer-songwriter, co-owner of a sound and entertainment company, and now a published author.
Norma was born to migrant farm workers, settling in Oregon. She now lives in California. She wants to write down her memories and share them with the world and other children so they can learn about farm-to-table practices, empathy for hard-working families, and also teach a little Spanish.
